Normally, it is a 30 day notice, but some states are beginning to shorten that time. Florida has to give 14 days notice. But 4? That doesnt sound anywhere right. So, contact your local attorney general to find out what is the time allowed for eviction notices for your state, which I KNOW you are going to find it NOT 4 days, so if they actually throw you out within this four days, you can sue for illegal eviction and possibly receive damages.
You could try, but the fact is, you owed him that rent up until the day the foreclosure sale happened. Whether or not he is paying the mortgage has nothing to do with your obligation to pay the rent. By federal law (and most states have even stronger laws) the bank should have given you plenty of time to move.
Pregnal is an injection given to release the nature egg given you about 4 days to fertilise it
No. In your state, 18 is the legal age to move out.
not at the time....wait a little bit for 2 days or 4 days then u can!~!
I don't know the laws for other states, but in Ohio the Landlord can't change any terms of the lease without 30 days notice before the lease is ending.
== == If your landlord gave you 45 days notice to move in writing he owes you your deposit. If you have it in writing take it to a lawyer. You don't give a landlord notice if he gave you the notice! Update/ His notice to me was verbal. He said he was bring something for me to sign instead I woke up and find a 4 sale sign in the yard. Then the phone called started "maybe it would be best if you stayed then no it would be best if you left" this went on for 3 week then I moved which i would have NEVER done if it wasn't their idea. with nothing in writing do I still have a case I am really not sure on that because the law is written notice is required when you are moving or when a landlord asks you to move out. If your lease was not in writing than you definitely should get your deposit back. You should get a copy of the landlord tenant act for your area. Some lawyers might give you a free "first time" meeting. Ours did and he has helped us greatly over the past years. Since i have no idea where you are from you could check the phone book for a government agency for renters rights. Good Luck!
yes because u should have been prepared for this because u had nine months to plan 4 this You sound like you are assuming I am the tenant. I am the landlord and would like to know if it is legal for me to evict during any specific time allowance after the tenant has given birth.
um... no. it doesn't even have legs yet
