At least $100 trillion ($Z 100, 000, 000, 000, 000.00). I have one as a souvenir of my recent visit (mid-July 2009). I don't know if it's the largest, but it's the largest I could find being sold (as a curiosity) in Zimbabwe. Note that Zimbabwe issued four different types of currency before their dollar was suspended from trading, and that the $Z 100 trillion note was printed in 3rd currency (1 trillionth of the value of 4th currency). Therefore 4th currency notes (Issued early 2009) are technically worth a trillion times more than the 3rd currency versions (but have lower face values). According to the previous answer to this question, the value of 4th currency was "$10 million = $130 euro" (in 3rd currency terms this is $10, 000, 000, 000, 000, 000, 000.00 = $130 euro). I don't know if this answer was accurate or up-to-date.
The smallest Zimbabwe currency note is the 1Cent note
Zimbabwe prints its own currency. In fact Zimbabwe has a $100 trillion note
Because of its runaway hyperinflation, Zimbabwe no longer has a national currency. An old Zimbabwe bank note is now only valuable as a collector's item or a novelty.
The largest demotion banknote for the British pound is the £50 note.

A 100 dollar note is the largest.
The five hundred euro note is the highest value euro note in current circulation. It is one of the highest valued currency note in circulation. In October 2011, there were approximately 594,833,600 €500 banknotes in circulation.
The largest bill of legal tender that is in circulation in the United States is the one hundred dollar bill.
Not in the US or Canada. The largest circulating US bill was a $10,000 note and only a few hundred were ever printed. The largest US bill ever printed was worth $100,000 and was only used inside the government in the days before electronic funds transfers. However Zimbabwe, which calls its currency the dollar even though it's not linked to the US or Canadian dollar, DID print huge-denomination bills due to rampant hyperinflation. So if the question was "Is there a billion Zimbabwe dollar bill?", that answer is yes.
The largest denomination of currency the US prints today is the $100 bill.
Any 1 million US Dollar note is worthless other than as a curiosity. The largest denomination is circulation is $100. The largest ever circulated is $100,000.
