Giant Squids have been known to grow up to as long as 60 feet in length though they can surpass that length and grow to as long as 100 feet in certain cases. Dead corpses of this giant mollusk can sometimes be found washed up on beaches and are studied widely by marine biologists. Though interesting discoveries have been made by these studies there is still a great amount of mystery that surrounds the actual lifestyles of these amazing deep sea creatures.
