The flasher relay is located inside the steering column, inside the multiswitch, and its fairly easy to replace. Two screws under the steering column to remove the top cover, then two hex screws to remove the multiswitch, then you can remove the relay which is green, mine was part# 04606478AD. You won't find this exact relay at the local auto parts store, but you can order from mopar parts online, or check the parts dept. at your local dealer. I called a local dealer, he didn't have it but was able to find one a few miles away, cost was $30.
