Please let me know how to calculate, how much material of HDPE of specific gravity of 0.945 gm/cc needed to make a 10x10 size of bag with the thickness of 10 micron.
To make a bag, you need a strong material like canvas or leather. You also need a needle and thread that are strong enough to secure this durable fabric.

Out of fairness and my philosophy (which goes against the grain), that there is no such thing as a stupid question, I am going to explain the inner workings of a lunch bag. Once you have the bag in hand, you need to carefully open it. You can do this in one of several ways. The first way is blowing into it by cupping your hand around the open end of the bag and then placing the opening around your mouth and blowing. The force of the blow (release of air) causes the bag to open. Sometimes, this bombs, due to the strength of the bag or operator error. So your other alternative is to carefully hold the bag in one hand and open it by sliding the other hand carefully inside, releasing the fold at the bottom which allows the lunch bag to stand upright. You can then easily place foods inside. Make sure the heaviest, non-destructable items go on the bottom, like water bottles and fruit. Items like sandwiches and Twinkies should go on top. Once the food is inside, fold or roll down the top of the bag for easy carrying. Never set the bag in water or else you might lose your lunch (literally!).
They would make their cow poop, put the poop in a bag, and put the bag on their hand. Seriously, I know it sounds wrong to us but that is how they survived.
Plastic bag packaging is harmful to the environment. Marine animals mistake them for food and are killed when eating them. The manufacture of them add tonnes of carbon emissions into the air. They take 400 years to bio-degrade so once produced they are here forever filling up landfills.
Good question. Since you didn't say the bag had to be of a certain material, I'm going to say the atmosphere. It holds in the O2 and H2O to support life as we know it and keeps our the bad gamma rays to an extent.
Yes because, its a good material and it is very soft and white
If you plan to embroider your bag by hand then cotton would be the best material.
