Metabolism is worked out using BMR. BMR stands for your basal metabolic rate. This is the amount of cals you burn doing nothing, just allowing your body to run.
The larger you are (weight or height) the higher your BMR will be.
The older you are the lower your BMR will be due to muscle loss year on year.
If you have a lot of muscle compared to fat your BMR will be higher.
Your metabolism is how fast your body turns food into energy. I don't know what you mean by "size of indiviual."
Metabolism is the chemical processes in living organisms that enable them to maintain life. It involves breaking down food to obtain energy and building blocks for growth and repair. The size of individuals in an ecosystem can influence the rate of metabolism, with larger organisms typically having slower metabolic rates compared to smaller ones, due to differences in surface area-to-volume ratio.

Metabolism.
After pregnancy, metabolism typically increases to support the energy needs of breastfeeding and recovery. This can lead to faster calorie burning and weight loss. However, individual changes in metabolism can vary.

I think Meticore is a good metabolism booster. I have been using it for a month now and I have been seeing results. My friend asked me why I have such a good metabolism and I told them I got it at bit. ly/ 3gljPkf
It can be possible if they have worked out and ate well, because this individual is so young there metabolism is constantly going. As the individual gets older, it is very unlikely that they will be able to do such because their metabolism will start to slow.
The amount of poop a person can excrete at once varies, but on average, it can range from a few ounces to a pound or more. The size of the bowel movement depends on factors such as diet, hydration, and individual differences in digestion and metabolism.
Size does effect metabolism rates. The smaller the animal the less energy its metabolism expends. Bigger animals must have a more active metabolism to regulate themselves, and it correlates with expected lifespans.
