It's fairly simple to change these mirrors. There is a plastic trim piece on the inside of the car door right behind the mirror. Pry off this piece and you will see three small bolts. Remove these bolts and the mirror will come off. You can get replacement mirrors online at any of the major car part stores like Rock Auto and Auto Zone. Hold the new mirror in place , put in your three bolts , reinstall the plastic trim and you are done.
