Best Answer

To miss e.g. a target is 外す /ha zu su/.

To miss seeing something would be 見過ごす /mi su go su/.

To miss hearing something would be 聞き逃す /ki ki no ga su/.

To miss a place e.g. passing by it would be 乗り過ごす /no ri su go su/.

To miss a transportation e.g. bus, train etc would be 乗り遅れる /no ri o ku re ru/.

To miss a class etc like being absent would be 欠席する /ke-sse ki su ru/.

If you want to say 'I miss you' you can use expression like 'Anata ga inakunatte sabishii desu'.

If you mean Miss as an honorific using さん /san/ or 女史 /jo shi/ after a name gives that impression.
