You mean bordering. Complicated. Montenegro in North, Macedonia in East, Greece in South have land borders with Albania. Italy in the West across 70 km sea straight. Now, Kosovo borders Albania in Northeast, but most countries don't recognize Kosovo as an independent country. If you don't recognize Kosovo independent, then Serbia borders Albania too.
