1. You put your USB in the computer.
2. Look for the music that you want.
3. Go back to your USB and make a new folder by clicking right where-ever you want, click new, click new folder.
4. (The hard Part) Go to your music, click it, drag it to the USB window and drag it to the place that you want.
That's it. A 4 Step Instruction.
If CD is a standard audio CD (not Mp3 or wav files), you will have to encode music from audio CD format to Mp3 or other formats and then copy files to a memory stick like regular file copy/transfer.
* On many Windows systems when you plug in a memory stick, a window opens asking what you want to do with the files on the stick, maybe there is an option right there to play the music files, otherwise you will be able to open the stick in an instance of Explorer
Plug the memory stick in the USB on your computer and drag your music file or copy your music file and paste into the folder situated for your memory stick. Let the computer do its thing. :)
Go to your music library, select them, and drag the songs to the memory stick's open window
