My Ipod touch is playing up - When it first played up it wouldn't allow me to enter my passcode then when i plugged it into my mac it wouldn't charge - Now it has a white screen - What do i do?

No, it has to be plugged in to charge. But I've found if you close it while playing a DS game (only DS games), when you close it, it doesn't lose any power, but it certainly doesn't charge itself while closed.
