My girlfriend's Mum has quite severe Rheumatoid arthritis What are the chances odds she will get it?

RA can be and often is passed on geneticaly Lifestyle has nothing to do with th onset of the disease. it is more likely to present in females then in males, the odds are there however I suffer from the disease and I am a male none of my brothers or my sister however have a problem with it.
