Check the horn switch (on the steering wheel). It's a mechanical switch so it might be closing the loop randomly. That's the first place I'd check since it's the most likely to be faulty.
Otherwise use a multimeter and trace the line. you can find the diagram online just in case.
O.M.
Obviously you have a cold if you are constantly blowing or you have something spicy or you are crying
There are a few possibilities: Low battery, either because the alternator isn't keeping the battery charged or the battery is old and has failed. Corroded battery terminals, usually an indicator that the battery is blowing acid fumes. Batteries usually don't last long after the terminals start to corrode. Faulty starter solenoid. IT SOUNDS LIKE IT COULD BE YOUR STARTED CYLINOID
well are they getting paid for blowing?
He was constantly blowing it, he was what is sometimes called a spendthrift.

Wind always blows constantly at seashore. Some times at the banks of big river too wind is blowing constantly. Usually where there is a big open space and large water body, wind's speed at such places will be considerably more. Wind is constantly blowing in the deserts too.
If you just keep on blowing away the meebling without stopping it should get there.
Stopping deforestation and cover soil with plants keep soil from blowing away.
Your battery and alternator need attention. It sounds as if the charging is faulty and your battery has degraded.
Most likely a short in the wire contact at the steering wheel. Look there.
Most likely a short between the horn relay and the horn switch in the steering wheel.
it depends on whether the wind is blowing, wind is better when the wind is constantly blowing, but water is always going through the plant, so you will always have power
