∙ 14y agoAverage is a difficult word to define in this case. Basically, studies have been done to determine "average" size.. However, the problem is: People lie, (in all surveys), but especially this one. Even attended trials will involve more well endowed volunteers as these are confident and come forward.
At the age of 15 your body has only begun developing. Avoiding foods containing large amounts of soya, and smoking marijuana (both of these are Testosterone suppressing), will ensure healthy growth down there. I'm sure I was about 5-6' when I was 15. Trust me, at your age everything will grow, it's up to you (and your genetics), how much.
Rest assured, there are fully grown men with smaller wangs than you, let nature take it's course, and you should be fine.
FYI: Those pills don't work, and chicks dig money a lot more in the long run..

∙ 14y agoIs it 1 and a half inches long when it is limp or erect? If it is that length limp (soft) that is pretty normal but if it is that length when it is erect it is a little smaller than average. However if you were a bit late starting puberty then it still has plenty of time to increase in length, so don't worry too much about it.

There is no accurate answer for this question. Penis length cannot be determined by age. An average male penis probably reaches full growth by the age of 18 but there is no way to determine what size it will be. Most important though, be happy with what you have. A large or small penis does not make a difference in most cases.
