Missouri's Child Labor Law applies to youth under the age of 16. Youth under 14 years of age generally are not permitted to work at any job (other than in entertainment or casual jobs) at any time.
If the youth is 12 years of age and over they should probaly babysit because that's the legal age that you can babysit at. If the youth is younger than 12 years of age than they could be supervisied by an adult and they could maybe pick up litter and recycle it at the nearest recycling place.
Youth Matured Old age
According to the US Department of Labor: "At any age, youth may deliver newspapers; perform in radio, television, movie, or theatrical productions; work in businesses owned by their parents (except in mining, manufacturing or hazardous jobs); and perform babysitting or perform minor chores around a private home. Also, at any age, youth may be employed as homeworkers to gather evergreens and make evergreen wreaths." No other jobs are legally permitted for 13-year-olds.
You can work in some jobs e.g. Paperboy etc from the age of 13. However Part Time jobs such as working in a supermarket you need to be 16. You can work full time in the UK from the age of 16.
The lowest working age in the US is 14. For people 16 and under there are certain hours and certain jobs you are allowed to work. Minors (16 & under) are not allowed to work manual labor jobs . In most states (if not all) you will need a Worker's Permit. Chik-fil-A hires at 14.
Youth marketing works with a simple system. It's all about targeting the age group which is the youth. How this works within a classrooms is that you sell and idea to the youth that they think is socially cool and promote it.
You can work at the age if 16. Some jobs even take at age 15, but those are very few.
