As far as I know , a free book no. Unless you are being tested thru a company. There are 4 levels of certification . Math a big part pythagram theorem ,learn it . Ask a local pipe fitter union local , or the closest nccer program provider . I myself am a level 4 pipe fitter and also a boilermaker both nccer certified . Trig, geometry, algebra , blueprints ,equipment......etc.

The test has 125 questions and you have 3 hours to take it. There are books on line that can steer you in the right direction but are rather costly.
