If you are talking about Mt. Coronet you have to know how to Surf. If you are talking about from Route 205 you need to go through the Eterna Forest.

Eterna forest is in Sinnoh, so you can't go there in HeartGold or SoulSilver. If you need anything from Eterna forest (for example, evolve your eevee there into leafeon) you'll have to do that on Pearl, Diamond or Platinum.
