Resting pulse rate for a 13 year old girl should be about 82BPM. For a male, approx. 78. Runners and aerobic excersisers -- even 13 year olds -- may experience perfectly normal but lower (or higher) pulse rates. Bear in mind that, barring pathology, resting pulse rates can vary a lot in the healthy person.
