Go to or call the main office of your high school and ask to speak to someone in charge of student, past or present, records. They should have no problem, after verifying that you are who you say, going into the computer and pulling up those records for you.

You would call the school and speak to the registrar. They will tell you what you need to send in--usually it is a letter with your name, social security number and the dates of attendance. There is also a nominal fee. If the school is closed, you might have to do further research, but the transcripts are usually housed close by.
