First you need to smash everything they will let you. Then, you look at the cauldron and it will have a object on top of it. Once you have found, it take it to the cauldron and put it in by pressing A. Then, you do the same until there is nothing else for you to put in and finally press A again to drink the potion.

To continu you must get the ingredients and mix them so you can get your broomstick which is on the other side.nYou must use the broom to collect the golden egg afterwards. (Note: This potion does not stop you from getting burn by the dragons fiery breath.) To get the ingredients you must open the two chests near you when you are over the wooden bridge near the fire. For the third ingredient you must go over to the ledge which is blocked by a grey wall. Destroy the grey wall. You will see another grey wall on the ledge nearby. (To see the other grey wall you don't have to move, just destroy the first wall. The first wall is in the top right corner of the balcony of the tower.) Destoy it and touch the third chest. Cast the spell to bring the chest towards you then just touch the chest again and it will open, giving you the third ingredients. Then go to the cauldron and mix it. Hope this helps.
