On Naruto Path of the Ninja 2 you cant beat anybody on Wi-Fi why?

I am trying to unlock Sasuke With Wi-Fi battles because I already used all the codes for charters but I cant beat any players. I Battle with Fixed levels and my party is Kubi Naruto, Jiraiya, 3rd Hokage, and as an alternate Sakure. I have beat the game but this is really discouraging. What is the team I should do.
P.S This is what happened. I cant figure out how to mark this as part of the question. (I am new)
