I believe that The planet which you would weigh most on would be Jupiter, as it is a much larger planet then earth its Gravitational force is much greater and it is also the largest planet in the solar system which would make it with the largest Gravitational force
In our star system, that would be Jupiter because it's gravity is the greatest due to it's mass.

The result wold depend on the energy created by the collision. In most cases both objects would shatter into pieces that would spin away in a variety of new directions. If the asteroid collides with a much bigger object (a planet) then it will create an impact crater in the planet and the asteroid and a bit of the planet's surface will melt.
The dwarf planet Eris is most probably a rocky planet with a surface covered in methane ice. There is currently no more accurate information on this object.
