Most likely it is lymph node. If there is just one and it is not hot, read, or tender and can be easily pushed around it is probably nothing to worry about. If not, or if it is growing or just not going away after months, let your doctor see it.

There are over 300 different headache disorders, and many other reasons that may cause these symptoms. Please seek the help of a qualified physician or headache specialist for a diagnosis and treatment.

∙ 11y agoOne sided pain may be Migraine. It may be another headache disorder or problem altogether. For a diagnosis, a doctor needs to be consulted. Preferably a headache specialist who is best able to diagnose, treat and manage headache disorders.

Head pain is a vague symptom. For appropriate diagnosis and treatment of Migraine and headache disorders, seek the help of a qualified, board certified Migraine and headache specialist.
That sounds like "angina", which should be seen by a doctor immediately. In and of itself, it isn't lethal - but it IS A WARNING. See your doctor!
If you have dull pain in the lower left side of your head, and it feels like it is in your brain, this could be a tension headache. If the pain enters and leaves, it may also be a torn muscle, or something equally as minor. See a doctor for confirmation and testing.
