Im currently on probation at the age of 17 but am apprenticing for a tattoo artist. Do you have to be 18 years or older to be a tattoo artist and do you have to have a liscense to tattoo?
There are no laws regarding engagement.
PA. law prohibits tattooing a minor under the age of 18 without the written consent of the parent or guardian. The state does not issue tattoo licence. Some municipalities may have laws regarding tattooing however.
