Water most often becomes vapor when it is heated up. As water is heated up, its molecules vibrate faster. When water reaches its boiling point, the molecules are unable to remain a liquid and transition into a gas.
It's called evaporation.
Evaporation.
Sublimation
Evaporation is the process of water becoming a vapour. Condensation is the cooling of the water vapour back into a liquid.
Wet Vapour is the region which contains a mixture of liquid and vapour. The liquid is saturated liquid and the vapour is saturated vapour. The temperature stays uniform until the entire phase change is complete.
the changing of a gas into a liquid. (annie198) E.g when you get water on the inside of a window. The window has water vapour on it. The the cold rain hits the warmer suface of the window which has water vapour on. When water vapour is cooled it turns into water (a liqiud). The water will then start to drip down on the inside of the window because the water vapour which was on the inside of the window has been cooled. And then turned in to a liquid!

Evaporation
Turning a vapour into a liquid is called condensation.
Evaporation
evaporation
Evaporation is greatest at the surface. The wind and sun and, boiling water on a kitchen stove, all increase the evaporation rate of the water - which is the process of turning liquid water into a water vapour.

Condensation
The process is known as the condensing of water vapour into liquid water.
