Radiation.
The electromagnetic spectrum includes visible light radio waves and infrared ultraviolet and x-rays.
Ultraviolet is higher frequency, then visible light, then infrared.
In that they are all electromagnetic waves.
Radio waves; microwaves; infrared; visible light; ultraviolet; Roentgen rays (a.k.a. X-rays); gamma rays.Radio waves; microwaves; infrared; visible light; ultraviolet; Roentgen rays (a.k.a. X-rays have the shortest wavelength of those listed.
Radio waves Microwaves Infrared Visible light Ultraviolet X rays Gamma rays
Radio and microwaves are longer than visible light. So are heat (infrared) waves. Ultraviolet waves are shorter than visible light. So are X-rays and gamma rays.

radio and TV, microwaves, infrared, visible light, ultraviolet, x-rays, and gamma rays
In order of increasing frequency: (i) radio waves. (ii) microwaves. (iii) infrared. (iv) visible light. (v) ultraviolet. hope this helps =)
