A red rash on the hands/feet may be eczema. If you get the rash after taking a shower or a bath, it could be a heat rash. After taking a bath/shower, if you do not dry your skin properly you can get red, sore and rashy skin. Use some E45cream, or some soft paraffin and the rash should be gone within 2-3 days.
