Buy a manual and follow the directions. Be sure not to overtighten the bolts when reinstalling - I accidentally broke the head off the bolt and it was a nightmare trying to remove it. I am the proud owner of a right angle drill and left handed drill bit set. If done properly it can be removed and replaced in just over an hour.
