First try white vinegar and water. If that doesn't work, go to a commercial cleaning supplier. There are products used in public restrooms that remove urine odor from tile. Once you remove the smell, seal the tile grout well. This should keep it from holding an odor.

I put white vinegar (1 cup) in the dog bedding wash and it totally eliminates the stinky dog odor so it will probably work on about any smell. If it is skunk odor use Hydrogen peroxide (1 cup) and baking soda (1/4 cup). 1 tbs. soap. Soak and rinse then launder.
Ideally, take them to a dry cleaners. If you don't want to do that, you can hand wash the fabric. It will still work, despite the label of "dry clean only".
