You can't realy say "See you soon" in Frensh, but you can say for example : - à tantôt
- à bientôt
- à la prochaine

Well.... a casual goodbye, kind of like 'seeya!' is 'salut'(said sal-OO). If you want something more specific, 'revoir' means 'to see again', but im afraid that's as far as my knowledge goes.....
