It may be apendicitis..
- When appendix may need to be removed because it may have bursted and caused infection.
Symptoms may be:
- Pain may start near belly button and go down to lower right side of stomach.
- Hurts when you walk, take deep breaths.
You should see a doctor soon if you are having these symptoms.
A sharp pain to the right side of your bellybutton, accompanied by fever or nausea and vomiting could indicate appendicitis. Lower right or left side pain sometimes indicates ovulations. Generally not so much pregnancy.
Appendix.
Usually a sharp pain in the lower right part of the abdomen.
It might be her appendix. I had that kind of pain too and I had to have my appendix taken out that night. go to the hostipal or call 911,

Is the pain sharp? If so, go to the ER RIGHT AWAY. You could have a serious kidney infection.If the pain is dull or feels better/relieved when you stretch it's probably a strained muscle.

Don't hesitate to see your doctor, as it might be serious.
if you have pains then you should probably go see a doctor cause you never know
the baby is probobly kicking there or ask your docter.
A stomach virus typically makes you vomit regularly and will produce sharp abdominal pains. A stomach infection is less likely to induce vomiting but will usually last longer, with a lower level of continuous pain.
It sounds a lot like sciatica....
