AnswerYou have to install the "Run Anywhere" cheat in Action Replay; then go to the smooth, polished stone on the route to the right of the Pokemon League. Head north, and ignore the first Shaymin you see. Keep going North, through the extensively long Seabreak Path. When you reach Flower Paradise, "talk" to the Shaymin, and you will battle it.

Note: It is a level thirty.I have tested this; it works on both Pokemon Diamond and Pearl.

Wow, surprisingly worked... kind of shocked lol. Only problem is that it's level 100, so you can't use it early on in the game. Idk how you did this though, impressive cheat... even creates a new storage box in your pc that looks different than the rest.

all you need is the cheat to walk though things and go right of the cave under the eligte four and find the green grass and flower walkway and it will take you to shaymin
