Please be careful when thinking about changing things around a pregnant doe, they can become stressed easily which can lead to problems, I moved my doe inside & the change stopped her milk & i lost all of my first litter. Im sure that some rabbits would be alright with being inside but it would be a big climate change for a fury animal. A rabbit should be more than capable of making her nest area warm enough for her litter, just keeping adding hay for her if you are worried. If she is used to inside before she gets pregnant or at the beginning of pregnancy then her body will have time to adjust. Hope this helps.

Ideally inside as it can get too cold in winter outside and it would become more tame inside as it would become accustomed to home-life and always being around humans.

I think when they are young or if it's cold outside you should keep them inside. You want them outside when it's warm so they aren't too relying on people too where they need human touch too keep calm.

Rabbits can live outdoors if they are raised outside all summer, fall and have a winter coat built up. Some breeds do not have sufficient coats to survive outdoors. Any rabbits that do stay outdoors, must have a secure place with four walls- a bottom floor to fill with hay straw and wood chips to protect from the weather. They have to be draft proof and dog proof. Dogs and wild animals will attack the cage. Rabbits need to have that safe warm dry hiding place that can protect them, including their feet, which is why the floor is also important besides the drafts.

If it is too cold or too hot, yes. But other than that, bunnies in the wild are not brought inside, so therefore, your bunnies do not need to be brought in unless the extremes of temperatures interfere.

Rabbits should of course be outside. They may be cold, but the way to stop getting them cold. you must have a proper hut and a lot of hay epically if it's female pregant.
