Schools should not do this but sometimes they may. Some colleges are intrested in having a wide variety of races, just so some people are not so timid to appliy. It shouldn't matter and they should actually accept those who are more applicable and are mostly going to succed in that secific college. If a college has considered your race to admitting you, you should just send a letter to the head of office and explain your problem and why you think you should be part of that college.
