Yes ! students should but not to text so you don't get them tooking away you should have them just in case something happens and you or your child needs to call someone .
Absolutely not! Cell Phones & other electronic devices should NOT be out during class. It is disrespectful to your other classmates, when their trying to learn and your listening to music loudly or texting when a teacher is explaining a lesson, you should NOT be texting or listening to music! It is RUDE!! If you need to call your parents during class, raise your hand and ask permission if you may call your parents.
My answer is that kids SHOULD be able to use their cell phones during class because if their was a break in at the school then kids would be able to call people for help.

use of cellphones should ban one colleges becoz students couldn't recognize how cell phones will distract them from their studies while they are studying ........................................................when they are out of college after graduation then they can
