Should twelve year olds know their sexuality is it okay if they don't?

i found out i was gay at the age of 12 and when i told my parents it was fine. beeing gay is perfectly fine but having underage sex is not right

I knew I was gay at 12. At that time my feelings towards some of the boys at school felt quite strong. I remember crying on my own because I knew I really fancied these boys but I also felt so ashamed that I had these feelings. I knew back then that this would stay with me for life and that it wasnt something I was going to grow out of.

But I remember being very restrained and not showing any outward sign to any of these boys that I really liked them. I have two brothers and I certainly didnt want to be found out by them.

At 13 I had a friend that I used to visit his house nearby. He always tried to get me intersted in him but I didnt like him that way.

its ok for a 12 yr old to question there sexuality because they are still young, but in the future they would know if there bisexual, lesbian, homosexual
