If someone is bothering you or disturbing you, you could either tell them in a nice way to stop bothering you. Or even try ignoring them. If they persist to bother you, you could seek help from an elder person you trust.
you get banned for inappropriat language, bothering someone etc. . . someone can report you if you are bothering them. also, if someone is bothering you, you can ignore them and that person will disappear from your screen and can't whisper you or make any contact with you. personally i would advise you to ignore someone insead of reporting because they can get banned.

You cannot make someone feel something they don't as well as make someone something they are not.
You can't make anyone do anything - even hypnotising people requires them to be willing. If you've done something bad you want someone to forget about, you should just talk to them about it. If you clear everything up chances are they'll forget about it soon.
On Facebook you can accept friends or not and if you have and one of these so-called friends is bothering you simply do not reply to them. On the site there is a place you can make a formal complaint.
"Getting on your nerves" means something is annoying or frustrating you. It can refer to a situation, person, or thing that is bothering you and causing you irritation.
Deterrent means to make someone not make someone feel good to do something for them
Depends how they reacted. Apologise and do something they really like to make up for it.
