I had the same problem, If your too nice to tell that person to leave you alone then try to run away from that person, avoid that person, or pretend that your too busy to hang with that person.

1. Fight them. Proving you aren't playing around will most likely make them back off.
2. If it's really serious, call the cops. Although I don't recommend snitching, it leads to problems.
3. Get a bigger friend to stop them.
