Assuming you are male also and as long as it is a casual thing and he is not doing it inappropriatly, it should not be a big deal. In school and other places you are going to be around other guys naked so seeing your father shouldn't be a problem. Don't compare yourself to him, he is older and is going to be bigger. You are still growing so don't worry about it.
