This question doesn't make very much sense. 'Pixels' refer to dots of visual display data on a monitor or similar display. 56k refers to a dialup modem typically. And TMK, Dell never made a modem of their own. They utilized existing companies' technology.
A network speed monitor is used to monitor network traffic performance and how efficient the internet connection is when compared with that provided by the Internet Service Provider(ISP).
Is the speed is controlled by your ISP for eg Verizon then you cannot change the speed.
A USB LCD monitor would be used for a quick monitor that has plug-and-play capabilities. One could simply plug in the monitor for speed and unplug it when done.

In a speed test the Iphone is faster for games but in app lunching Pixels are little bit faster, in battery pixels definitely better in battery life and charging time. Pixels also doesn't have camera sensor bump(protruding) and aluminum body material of pixels more resistant to key accidentally scratches. Both are great phone but i prefer Google pixel phones and Google raw Android.
