It is what is called a "Picture Stamp". The Hulbert Brothers Patented a camera in 1885 that had multiple lenses on it. It basically took 12 identical pictures at once. After developing they could be cut apart and distributed. Their are also some that are perforated (at an additional charge) for easy separation. Genelli bought the Patent License from the Hulbert Brothers.
