Robert announced that he is going to find his family and if anyone who wants to come along is welcome. But he is not going to wait for company. He'll begin his journey after collecting enough food. Lorn argued with him that he should must not leave the cavern. Its danger everywhere outside the cavern but Robert didn't listen to her.

Robert asked Perdew to come with him. Robert tried to persuade him allot but Perdew denied. Nate was also there. He told Robert that he is coming along him. Then it started raining with strong wind. Every one hid underground, to avoid being drenched. At last it was decided that Zak, Nate and Cam are coming along Robert. And will begin their journey as the rain stops.

in this chapter robert make a burrow in which he live.he was eating seeds all the day.suddenly he found a shadow ,he tried to catch her but he coudnt.next day he stayed in his burrow to find that who's the shadow was.

She noticed that bat fur was missing, she also knew where it was, Lorn tried her best to hide it from Cam as she gave that fur to Robert. Cam waited till it was evening, when they were all together, after the food.Zack was about to start the story but Cam stopped him.She told every one that one fur was missing Lorn tried to tell it was cold and Robert was feeling very cold. every one was angry at Lorn and she went and set beside brazier.
