My dad is moving away too, i feel like i am dieng. SUPPORT !!
No.
You/your child's moving out of country would not, in itself, affect the father's support obligation. But hopefully he try to put a stop to it.
The big bang. Answer: Me moving away from my dad
In away they do, But the main reason for them is to stop the crank from moving foreward and backwards.
In addition Im 18, my brother's 17 and my sister's 15. we lived with our dad for 12 years and my mom paid child support for that time. Now my dad moved away because my mom was getting to him ( not gonna go in detail). we live with our mom now, and she is seeking child support from my dad, i DO NOT want that. Do we have a say in any of this ?
In most places, a 17-year-old can't legally move out without parental consent. It's best to check the specific laws in your area, but generally, both parents would need to agree or a court order would be required for the move to occur.
If by "back pay" you mean retroactive support (support due for a period prior to the entry of the first order), you can forget about it. If you mean unpaid support that accrued as the result of an order, that can be taken away only if both parents and the court agree.
It's best to be direct and compassionate. You could say, "Dad, I have some sad news to share. Uncle [Name] has passed away." Offer your support and be prepared to listen or offer comfort as needed.
nope
no it's not carried away by moving water
no he's not...but his dad lives there
It all depends how hold you are if u are 18 and can support your self and him you could go into a custody battle but its price is high and you have to prove your dad cant take care of him
