Ian Bonnell who works with doctor Ken Rice at Edinburgh and studies the central structure of our galaxy is a second year lecturer. And st. Andrews hosts the largest optical telescope in the UK, leading the global search for exo-planets in other star systems. We are on the cutting edge of research.
