Nothing- The Beatles released a song called 'Revolution' in 1968 which is featured on The White Album, which supports the idea of social revolution but only by peaceful, loving means and not by violence. There is nothing to specifically link the American Revolution to The Beatles' song.
Paul McCartney formed a new group after the Beatles, which was called Paul McCartney and Wings. They had a long and successful career (not as spectacular as that of the Beatles, but successful by any other standard). They are remembered for such songs as "Band On The Run". Wings no longer exists, but Paul McCartney still performs.
