Drink tons of water. Litterally always be drinking. My friend had a drug test and 3 days before the time he just started drinking huge amounts of water. He had been stoning for 3 or 4 months everyday and the test came back almost negative! So drink lots of water or cranberry juice and go to the bathroom as much as you can.

I guess this has to do with a drug test? It really depends on a lot of things. If You taking a blood test, it can detect marijuana from as long as 3 months ago, and there is really no way of getting that out of your system. A urine test can be a little tricky. But DO NOT drink a crap load of water before. Diluted urine will raise suspicions. Drink as much cranberry juice and/or pickle juice as you can. But it all depends. If you are a skinny person it is way easier to cleanse it out of your body. If you are a heavier set person it'll be more difficult.
