It depends, Saturn has the most confirmed moons at 53, while Jupiter has 50 confirmed. If you go by both confirmed and waiting to be confirmed then Jupiter would have more with 50 moons plus 17 moons waiting to be confirmed compared to Saturn's 53 plus 9 waiting to be confirmed.
