Self cleaning ovens on many brands lock the oven door when the self cleaning cycle has started. This is because the oven heats up to a very high temp to burn off the residue on the bottom of the oven and the locking of the oven is a safety device. Once the oven has completed the cycle and the oven has cooled down some the lock will release.

Mine did this in the middle of cooking thanksgiving dinner, the stove is in self cleaning mode and will not unlock until the cycle has finished. Our turkey caught fire ( the oven temp went into overdrive for the self cleaning ) and I pried the door open with a big screwdriver. Even though the bird was black it was awesome on the inside. You need to see if you can either cancel the self cleaning cycle, or let it run through. perhaps if you unplug it you can manually unlock the door. The lock mechanism should be electronic and should also have a manual lever.
