Netwon's third law of motion states that " For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction" This phrase can be demonstrated by jet engines or basket ball struck to the ground.......

When we struck the basket ball to the ground we get an equal and opposite reaction and the ball bounces back with the same force and velocity and momentum. All commercial jet run by the big engine has the same strategy. The thrust provided by the jet engines also creates an equal and opposite reaction to the jet which cause it to move with the same force applied.

Also this phrase can be best demonstrated by looking the Netwon's cradle.

The action of standing on the ground has a equal but opposite reaction from the ground pushing back. If it didn't you would fall through. Think of a magnet, it has a north and a south pole, each pole produces the same force but both are opposite. Take two magnets and the opposite sides will attract equally, assuming the magnets are the same size.

What is the statement for every action there is an equal but opposite reaction is a statement of?

this is the statement of newton's third law.

Is an equivalent statement of Newton's third law?

For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

What will the action and reaction forces always be?

Equal in magnitude and opposite in direction.

The statement by Newton that for every action there is an opposite but equal reaction is regarded as which of his laws of motion?

The statement by Newton that for every action there is an opposite by equal reaction is regarded as the third of Newton's laws of motion. This means that in every interaction there is actually a pair of forces acting on the two objects that are equal but work in opposite directions.

What is the newton third law?

third law of newton's law says''to every action there is an equal and opposite reaction''

Does The Law of Action and Reaction states that for every action there is an equal but opposite reaction force?

"for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction" is one of Newton's Laws of Motion.

For every action there is an equal and opposite?

reaction

How are action and reaction forces related?

They are equal and opposite (Newton's third law). Each action has an equal an opposite reaction. For example: pulling on a rubber band and letting it go will cause it to fly around. This is the action and related response or reaction desired.

Which states that for every action there is?

You are referring to Newton's third law of motion. It is "For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction."

For every action force there is a What?

...equal and opposite reaction force. Did you forget to bring your textbook home today?I sure did

State newtons third law of motion?

newtons third law states that "every action has an equal and opposite reaction". the reaction will be opposite to the direction of action but it is equal in magnitude of force with which action is done.

How does newtons law of motion relate action and reaction forces?

For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
