also history sells a gun as well did Elvis own it well you could get a mint for it thousands upon thousands and since its a 1970 back then you only had to prove you were 18 to purchase and no paper work to fill out there is no record of that guns original owner. i love my marlin and wouldn't part with it,fast gun it is.
