### 7 girls are in a bus each girl has baskets and each basket has 4 cats each cat has 3 kittens 3 girls are getting off the bus how many legs are in the bus?

7 girls have 14 legs total.
They each have four cats, so that's 28 cats with 112 legs
total.
The 28 cats each have 3 kittens, so that's 84 kittens with 336
legs total.
462 legs total are on the bus.
But then 3 girls with 6 legs get off the bus.
Taking 12 cats with 48 legs off the bus.
And taking 36 kittens with 144 legs off the bus.
Or removing 198 legs from the bus total.
Leaving 264 legs on the bus.

### There are 7 girls on a bus each girl has 7 bookbags each bookbag has 7 big cats there are 7 little cats with ever big cat how many legs are on the bus?

There are no legs on the bus, it has wheels.
-------------------------------------------------------
Quite correct but in the bus there were :-
Bus driver = 2 legs
7 Girls = 14 legs
98 Cats = 292 legs
= 308 legs in total.
(PS I am not counting any legs belonging to the seats that the
driver and girls were sitting on)
______________________________________ If you want to count it that
way there 7 girls and each has 7 bags that is 49 bags in total,
each bag contains 7 cats (each with 7 kittens) so there are 56 cats
& kittens per bag. Making a total of 2744 cats and
kittens (49 bags x 56 felines), each has 4 legs, giving a total
of 10,976 feline legs. Then add the 14 legs from the girls, plus a
possible bus driver (2 legs) and perhaps a conductor, with 2 more
legs (as it appears to be a school bus) would give a total of
10,994 legs but the bus still has wheels.

### If there are seven girls in a bus and each girl has seven backpacks that contains seven big cats and each big cat have seven little cats how many legs are in the bus?

7 girls times 2 legs each = 14 legs 7 girls times 7 backpacks
each = 49 backpacks 49 backpacks times 7 big cats = 343 big cats
times 4 legs each =1,372 legs 343 big cats times 7 little cats =
2,401 little cats times 4 legs each = 9,604 legs 14 legs + 1,372
legs + 9,604 legs = 10,990 legs The answer is 10,990 legs........
Oh, but wait! There has to has to be a bus driver on the bus if it
is moving (He or she could be off the bus if it is not moving), so
if it's moving or the bus driver is on the bus while it's sitting
still, there are 10,992 legs on the bus.

### There's a bus with 7 beautiful girls Each girl carries 7 bags Each bag carries 7 big cats Each big cat carries 7 smaller cats All the cats have four legs How many legs are on the bus?

210 legs were on the bus and that is a weird question. A simple
way to solve it is to start with the girls(7 times 2= 14) then go
to the cats each cat has 7 smaller cats so, 7 times 7= 49 times 4=
196 then add the girls and you get 210
There are actually 10,990 legs on the bus. You end up with three
separate equations that you must solve. Then add the total from
each together.
1) 7 girls X 7 bags X 7 big cats X 7 little cats X 4 legs = 9604
legs on little cats
2) 7 girls X 7 bags X 7 big cats X 4 legs = 1372 legs on big
cats
3) 7 girls X 2 legs each = 14 legs on each girl
Total legs on bus : 9604 + 1372 + 14 = 10990
0
there are no legs on a bus, only wheels

### There are seven girls on the bus each girl has 7 backpacks in each backpack there are 7 large cats for each large cat there ar 7 small cats how many legs are on the bus?

10990 I got 10992 7 girls + bus driver = 16 legs, 1 backpack has
56 cats in total (49 small cats and the 7 large cats) there are 49
backpacks in total.. so (56 x 49 = 2744) - Then to find out how
many legs... (2744 x 4 = 10976) And add the other 16 legs (7 girls
+ bus driver) so... 10976 + 16 = 10992!!

### There's a bus with 7 beautiful girls. Each girl carries 7 bags. Each bag carries 7 big cats. Each big cat carries 7 smaller cats. All the cats have four legs. How many legs are on the bus?

THE ANSWER take one girl she has 7 bags each bag has 7 cats each
cat has 7 smal cats now one smal cat has 4 legs so 7 smal cats have
7*4 = 28 legs then one big cat has 28 legs + the big cats 4 legs so
one big cat - 32 legs then 7 big cats = 32* 7 = 224 legs so one bag
has 224 legs and 7 bags have 224* 7 1568 legs now one girl has 1568
+ 2 legs which is 1570 legs now 7 girls have 1570 * 7 = 10990
========================================================= Nope, Its
10,990 legs. Actually, the answer is zero. There are no legs on a
bus; a bus has wheels. on this day there was legs on the bus and no
mention of a bus driver I agree 10990 legs is the answer 10992
1,582 legs 5504 legs === === 7 Girls x 2 legs = 14. 7 X 7 big cats
x 4 legs = 196. 7 X 7 X 7 small cats x 4 legs = 1372. Had to be a
driver with 2 legs = 2. 14 + 196 + 1372 + 2 = 1584.
__________________
Shouldn't it be: 7 girls x 2 legs = 14 7 girls x 7 bags x 7 big
cats x 4 legs = 1372 7 girls x 7 bags x 7 big cats x 7 small cats x
4 legs = 9604 14 + 1372 + 9604 = 10990 And if there was a driver:
10990 + 2 = 10,992 legs total Because there were 7 girls each
carrying 7 bags so there were 49 bags altogether.
The answer above only shows 7 bags total in the math. 49 bags
each with 7 big cats makes 343 big cats. Each big cat had 7 small
cats making it 2401 small cats. Then all the big cats plus all the
small cats each have 4 legs and the 7 girls each have 2 legs. Plus,
the optional driver, I guess.
____________________________________________________________________
If the question was "how many legs are in the bus?" it might be
worth all the multiplying by 7, by 2, by 4 and so on, but the
question is "how many legs are on the bus?" so the answer
still has to be zero, since wheels are on a bus, not legs.

###### Asked in Math and Arithmetic

### How many legs are on the bus if there are 7 girls and each girl has 7 backpacks with 7 big cats and each big cat has 7 little cats?

That sounds a bit like the old riddle "I met a man on the way to
St. Ives", but assuming it isn't a riddle with no trick answer such
as 'the bus doesn't have legs it has wheels' and assuming all
living creatures involved have their standard compliment of legs
(girls have two legs, cats have four and of course backpacks have
none):
7 girls x 2 legs each = 14
7 big cats x 4 legs each = 28
7 small cats for each big cat (7x7 = 49) x 4 = 196
which all gives a grand total of 14+28+196 = 238
Actually, you forgot to multiply the seven big cats by each
backpack and for 7 girls. Answer is 10990 legs
in the bus.
But if you meant ON THE ACTUAL BUS, there are NO legs ON a
bus.

### There are 7 girls in a bus Each girl has seven back packs In each backpack there are 7 big cats For every big cat there are 7 little cats Question How many legs are there in the bus?

each big cat has 7 little cat and each little cat has 4 legs. so
total little cat's leges= 4*7=28
each big cat has 4 legs, so 1 combination of big cat and 7 small
cat cantain 28+4=224
so one bag contain total 224 leges
total number of bag is 7 so 7*224=1568 legs,so total number of
legs bages 1568.
each girls has 2 legs, so total number of legs from one girl is
1568+2=1570.
total no of girls in a bus is 7, so total no of legs=10990.
THE ANSWER IS 10990

The correct answer is 14 (two per person), as the question
doesn't state the girls brought the backpacks with them.
